She continues to receive treatment for head and neck pain and anxiety.<BR><br \/>\nThe 42-year-old housewife was on holiday at the time and is angry that Waitrose didn&#8217;t take the incident more seriously.<BR><br \/>\nMai, from Kingston in South West London, told The Sun newspaper: &#8220;This ruined our holiday. I was very unwell and still suffering and unable to work.
