{"id":3142,"date":"2025-08-06T13:15:26","date_gmt":"2025-08-06T13:15:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bangbizarre.com\/index.php\/2025\/08\/06\/kitten-rescued-from-vehicle-engine-compartment\/"},"modified":"2025-08-06T13:15:28","modified_gmt":"2025-08-06T13:15:28","slug":"kitten-rescued-from-vehicle-engine-compartment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bangbizarre.com\/index.php\/2025\/08\/06\/kitten-rescued-from-vehicle-engine-compartment\/","title":{"rendered":"Kitten rescued from vehicle engine compartment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>2025-08-06 13:15:26<\/b><br \/>\n<BR>A kitten trapped in the engine compartment of a vehicle has been rescued.<BR><br \/>\nAt 9.04am on Monday (04.08.25), crews from Escambia County Fire Rescue&#8217;s (ECFR) Engine 1 and Logistics 1 scrambled to the 300 block in Loveland Circle, Pensacola, Florida, USA, where they found the small feline stuck inside the section of the motor.<BR><br \/>\nFirefighters removed &#8220;several skid plates&#8221; underneath the vehicle so they could access the kitten.<BR><br \/>\nThe little animal was removed &#8220;unharmed&#8221; and was &#8220;placed into the care&#8221; of an ECFR firefighter&#8217;s family member.<BR><br \/>\nCaptioning a photo of the kitten, which was posted to ECFR&#8217;s Instagram account on Tuesday (05.08.25), ECFR wrote: &#8220;KITTEN RESCUE ON MONDAY, AUG. 4<BR><br \/>\n&#8220;At 9:04 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 4, Escambia County Fire Rescue&#8217;s Engine 1 and Logistics 1 were dispatched to a small animal rescue at the 300 block of Loveland Circle.<BR><br \/>\n&#8220;Soon after arrival, a small kitten was found stuck in the engine compartment of a vehicle. <BR><br \/>\n&#8220;Firefighters removed several skid plates from beneath the vehicle to make access to the kitten. <BR><br \/>\n&#8220;The kitten was removed unharmed.
