We are wondering when it was done, and wanted to share it to see if anyone else has stumbled upon crazy artwork while uncovering walls.\u201d<BR><br \/>\nThe mural shows a man riding a donkey away from a couple and towards three other figures, several of whom are wearing sombreros.<BR><br \/>\nThe unusual mural has turned the woman\u2019s basement project into an unlikely talking point, with users praising it as a rare and entertaining reminder of the stories old houses can tell.<BR><br \/>\nOne amused commenter said it \u201clooks like it belongs in a Mexican restaurant&#8221;.<BR><br \/>\nAnother Reddit user, who had inspected many old Buffalo homes, said: \u201cI\u2019ve seen many old Buffalo houses where the basements were once used for under-the-table businesses.<BR><br \/>\n&#8220;The coolest were three Black-owned hair salons from the \u201950s and \u201960s \u2014 one was totally untouched because the granddaughter inherited the house, and even the magazines were still on the coffee table. But how cool would it be if your basement was a secret under-the-table Mexican restaurant!\u201d<BR><br \/>\nOthers were intrigued by the artwork\u2019s age and style, with one writing: \u201cMaybe drop the history museum a message.
