{"id":3897,"date":"2026-01-09T13:28:36","date_gmt":"2026-01-09T13:28:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bangbizarre.com\/index.php\/2026\/01\/09\/revealed-brits-named-worlds-least-fussy-daters\/"},"modified":"2026-01-09T13:28:37","modified_gmt":"2026-01-09T13:28:37","slug":"revealed-brits-named-worlds-least-fussy-daters","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bangbizarre.com\/index.php\/2026\/01\/09\/revealed-brits-named-worlds-least-fussy-daters\/","title":{"rendered":"REVEALED: Brits named world&#039;s least fussy daters"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>2026-01-09 13:28:35<\/b><br \/>\n<BR>Brits are the world&#8217;s least fussy daters.<BR><br \/>\nResearch from the dating app Breeze revealed that singletons are so relaxed about height, most do not bother using a height filter at all &#8211; with 32 per cent of UK users using a height filter at all, compared to almost two in five Dutch users (38.6 per cent), the highest of all markets.<BR><br \/>\nThe findings &#8211; which analysing millions of matches and dates across the UK, Europe and the US, and form part of Breeze\u2019s Dating Report 2025 &#8211; also found that British daters have the most flexible height preferences, with 50 per cent allowing a range of more than 40cm, and 1-2 per cent of users being highly specific, with a height range of 10cm or less.<BR><br \/>\nThe data discovered Brits are open-minded, patient, and willing to travel for miles for a first date, the longest being 424km from Carlisle to London.<BR><br \/>\nIn the UK, the most popular day to match for a date is Sunday &#8211; accounting for nearly 16 per cent of all matches &#8211; with Tuesday being the nation&#8217;s top day for first dates.<BR><br \/>\nDespite being laid-back, British daters do like to take their time to meet in real life, with data showing that UK Breeze users take an average of nearly 12 days between matching and going on a date, compared to Americans in New York City (58 per cent) who meet within the first week.<BR><br \/>\nMarsha Goei, Chief Dating Officer at Breeze, said: \u201cThe data shows that dating in 2025 is becoming less about optimisation and more about intention. <BR><br \/>\n&#8220;British singles aren\u2019t trying to \u2018hack\u2019 dating by narrowing down endless filters, they\u2019re keeping their options open and focusing on whether a connection feels right in real life. <BR><br \/>\n&#8220;At the same time, they\u2019re more deliberate about meeting, taking the time to choose dates that genuinely fit into their lives.
