{"id":4571,"date":"2026-05-27T16:07:07","date_gmt":"2026-05-27T16:07:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bangbizarre.com\/index.php\/2026\/05\/27\/bride-to-be-loses-tooth-on-pizza-slice\/"},"modified":"2026-05-27T16:07:09","modified_gmt":"2026-05-27T16:07:09","slug":"bride-to-be-loses-tooth-on-pizza-slice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bangbizarre.com\/index.php\/2026\/05\/27\/bride-to-be-loses-tooth-on-pizza-slice\/","title":{"rendered":"Bride-to-be loses tooth on pizza slice"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>2026-05-27 16:07:07<\/b><br \/>\n<BR>A bride-to-be lost a tooth on the week of her wedding after breaking it on a pizza slice.<BR><br \/>\nKatrina Kelly spent two-and-a-half years planning her dream wedding in Malta, but her plans nearly fell apart when her front tooth fell out after biting into a pizza slice.<BR><br \/>\nKatrina, 32, told the Daily Mirror newspaper: &#8220;We&#8217;ve been engaged for two-and-a-half years so we&#8217;ve been planning it for ages, there&#8217;s been a big build up.<BR><br \/>\n&#8220;I was bragging to all my friends for the past weeks saying how organised I was, and that I don&#8217;t understand what the stress is over a wedding, &#8216;it&#8217;s so easy, what can go wrong now?&#8217;<BR><br \/>\n&#8220;I&#8217;ve had a veneer on my front tooth for 12 years and I was eating my pizza. My fiancE asked me if I wanted it extra crispy and I said &#8216;yes&#8217;.<BR><br \/>\n&#8220;I like it extra crispy, he asked if he should leave it in for longer and I said &#8216;that&#8217;s fine&#8217;. I bit into the bit of pizza and I just felt it and knew straight away what had happened. It was one of these moments where I thought &#8216;please turn back time&#8217;. That didn&#8217;t happen. The veneer fell out and we both sat in silence.&#8221;<BR><br \/>\nKatrina recalled being in &#8220;denial&#8221; when the incident first happened.<BR><br \/>\nShe shared: &#8220;It was awful, I was just in denial. I didn&#8217;t want to take the pizza out of my mouth because I didn&#8217;t want this to be happening and be real.&#8221;<BR><br \/>\nDespite this, Katrina managed to get her tooth popped back in, and she&#8217;s now looking forward to her destination wedding once again.<BR><br \/>\nShe said: &#8220;I was in complete denial, I tried to stick it back on but obviously it was too late. I put the veneer on the table and we sat in silence. Our wedding is in a week and we&#8217;ve spent an absolute fortune so I don&#8217;t want to be spending money I don&#8217;t have right now.<BR><br \/>\n&#8220;We&#8217;ve got 130 guests flying to Malta and 100 in Malta &#8211; so 230 people coming. We&#8217;ve been saving up for two-and-a-half years and our parents have helped. It&#8217;s my dream wedding, I couldn&#8217;t be any more excited.
