This job, for most of them is their first. They are going to make mistakes. They aren&#8217;t in charge of anything.\u201d<BR><br \/>\nThe post quickly spread online, attracting hundreds of thousands of likes and thousands of shares, while supporters flooded the comments with praise for the brothers&#8217; decision to stand up for their employees.<BR><br \/>\nThe shop added: \u201cThis can all be fixed with a smile and a positive attitude. It&#8217;s ice cream for crying out loud. Grow up and act your age.\u201d<BR><br \/>\nAnd the owners were not finished.<BR><br \/>\nIn the comments, they wrote: \u201cAnd NOBODY gives a s*** if you don&#8217;t come back. We&#8217;d prefer it that way.\u201d<BR><br \/>\nThe brothers admitted they initially worried the post could trigger a backlash, but said the response had instead been overwhelmingly positive and even brought more customers through the door.<BR><br \/>\nOne supporter wrote: \u201cI wish I had a boss that had my back when I was a screw up of a teenager at my first job.\u201d<BR><br \/>\nAnother added: \u201cLooks like a trip to Massachusetts for some ice cream is in order.\u201d<BR><br \/>\nThe owners stressed that their message was not intended as an attack on older customers, but rather a plea for people to show patience towards young workers who are still learning.<BR><br \/>\nKevin Miller told WBZ-TV that seeing the 16-year-old&#8217;s reaction had particularly affected him.<BR><br \/>\n\u201cWhen a 16-year-old looks at you with like puppy dog eyes and is like, &#8216;did I really screw up that bad for someone to treat me like that?&#8217;\u201d he said. \u201cIt&#8217;s like, &#8216;no, this is ice cream.&#8217;\u201d<br \/>\n<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/bangbizarre.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"> Visit Bang Bizarre (main website) <\/a><br \/>\n<br \/><script src=\"https:\/\/geo.dailymotion.com\/player\/xtbac.js\" data-video=\"\"><\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>2026-10-08 11:00:30 An ice cream shop has become an unlikely internet sensation after its owners unleashed a sweary Facebook rant defending their young staff from rude customers.
