A farmer in Texas have reportedly caught a “real Bigfoot on camera” after spotting a hair figure roaming through a pasture.

Robyn Underwood has reported seeing a large beast walking through a field walking on two feet towards a pond before getting down on all-fours revealing the family’s dogs alerted them before running indoors.

Robyn reported the sighting – which occurred in October 2025 – to the Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization (BFRO), writing: “We would not have noticed it if it hadn’t been for the dogs that went out barking and running at it.

“Once they saw what it was, when it stepped through the tree line, they stopped barking and ran back to the house. So then we tried to video it and take pictures, but it’s so far away that when we blow them up to try to see what it is, it is hard to tell.”

Robyn added: “We called the owner of the land because I lease out there and was telling him that there’s something cutting across his pasture and going down towards a pond. It was standing up walking, and then, as it got closer to the pond, it just went down on all fours …

“It was spotted coming through the tree area and was not running but making it quickly across the pasture. Four dogs went running out to it barking. Once the dogs reached it they stopped barking and turned around and came back.”

Robyn submitted a video of the encounter to the organisation and BFRO Investigator Caroline Curtis concluded it’s unlikely to be a hoax.

She reported: “After the incident these witnesses contacted the neighbors who own the land. The neighbors drove down to the pond that morning and looked for any signs and found nothing because it was so dry.

“They didn’t get very close to the pond because they are elderly and were afraid their 4×4 cart would slide in because the pond edge is steep.

“The video, with sound, does not capture the figure going down on all fours. Some of the witnesses were viewing from different angles and saw that with their own eyes.’

She added: “I believe the family sounds sincere and believable. They are not attempting to hoax us. [The creature] appears to have a compliant gait, with no up-and-down head bobbing like humans.

“A human might go down on all fours if they didn’t want to be seen, but just going to hands and knees is a different matter than moving forward at a the same brisk pace on all fours. Very few humans can do that.

“From everything I can see about this case, I think they got a real Bigfoot on camera.”
